All items will be sent out 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier service, in my case Royal Mail, you will receive either a text or email wit your tracking number. Which platform you receive updates about your order on is dependant on what contact details you provide at checkout. So if you would like to receive texts and not emails please remember to leave your phone number.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we have a 14 day return/exchange policy in place, if your order is within the UK, which provides the customer with more security and less hassle if something is not quite how you thought it would be or a wrong size. Your item(s) can be easily returned, provided that the tags are still attached and it is in the same condition as it was upon purchase. Please insure that your item(s) are returned in its original packaging and have not been washed and do not smell of smoke. However, we are unable to accept returns on products which were sold in a used condition. Please read the description of all products before purchase as there will be an accurate description of used products detailing its condition.
